¼ c vegetable oil
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. When oil is hot- add onions, sauté onions with 1 tsp of salt. When onions are translucent add cumin and chili powder. Stir to combine. When fragrant add peppers and sauté until soft. Add the turkey and continue to cook and break up meat until mostly cooked through.
