Ingredients Directions

¾ cup flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
¾ cup milk
1 banana
¼ cup low sodium peanut butter
1 egg
½ tsp. vanilla extract
Sugar free syrup
Canola Oil Spray

Mix flour and baking powder in a bowl.
Mash banana in a separate bowl. Add milk, peanut butter, egg, vanilla and ½ cup of water to mashed banana, mix to combine. Pour wet mixture into flour mixture and whisk to combine.
Heat nonstick fry pan to medium heat.
Using about ¼ cup mixture for each pancake, pour onto pan. Cook until bubbles form on top. Using a spatula, flip and cook another 2-3 minutes until golden brown on both side.
Serve with syrup.
